CNC Production Supervisor - Full Time Permanent position the Newington/Berlin, CT area

Hourly Rate Range : 80k to 90k plus range DOE
1st Shift position
Proven track record of leading a medium to high volume, close tolerance machining department or facility.
High level of technical Machining competence to support business strategy:
Knowledgeable in methods, techniques and skills with Milling, Turning technologies, and with Swiss technologies.
Machining manufacturing engineering and CNC programming skills are highly desirable.
Experience with complex multi-part fixtures for higher volume requirements.
Project management experience, to include specifying new equipment, overseeing installations, re-engineering / modifications on new / existing equipment, etc., is highly preferred.
Understanding of metal finishing processes, i.e. heat treating, passivation.
Experience with automation / robotics a big plus.
Strong leadership skills - ability to energize and inspire others with healthy performance tensions. Ability and willingness to hold self and employees accountable.
Gets people working in teams; celebrates their successes. Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Manages by walking around, leads by doing, strong coaching/mentoring and conflict management skills.
Working knowledge of ISO 9002 / QS 9000 or TS 16949:2002 (ISO 13495 preferable)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
