Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer - Full Time Permanent position the Newington/Berlin, CT area

Salary - DOE
Manage QA responsible functions of new product launches.
Facilitate the cross functional development of product control plans and document the plan accordingly.
Develop inspection instructions and associated documentation to ensure consistent and accurate inspection of products.
Coordinate and facilitate the completion of required Gage R&R?s and any necessary actions based on results.
Identify and implement the use of statistical techniques to the manufacturing floor.
Champion root cause investigations and facilitate the completion of internal/external problem records/corrective actions.
Work with suppliers on quality related issues of products/services.
Support the quality inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
Provide recommendations to the QA Manager regarding measurement techniques to both streamline and improve repeatability and reproducibility of inspections.
Handle special projects assigned by QA Manager and Director of Quality.
Minimum
Good command of ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance interpretation with practical application for functional gaging.
Working knowledge in one of the following: ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002 or ISO 13485

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
