As a PREFERRED THERAPY SOLUTIONS Rehab Clerk, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate services to the geriatric patient population in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
A Rehab Clerk at Preferred Therapy Solutions works collaboratively with other rehab therapists, under the supervision of the Rehab Director, and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to generating various reports and documents in a timely and accurate manner, answering/making phone calls, filing and maintaining a safe and clean rehab environment. Accuracy, timeliness, professionalism and strong customer service skills are required.

High School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency degree.
Knowledge, experience, and accuracy in using a variety of software programs - Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and other proprietary-type software programs.
Experience in answering and placing phone calls in a professional manner.
Concise oral and written communication skills with rehabilitation staff, facility staff, patients, and families.
Attendance as scheduled.
Must be flexible according to department needs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
