The Manager of Physical Therapy plays a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering high-quality physical therapy services for patients, particularly those undergoing orthopedic surgery.
This role combines clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities, ensuring effective patient care while overseeing a team of Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides within the clinic.
The Manager of Physical Therapy collaborates with our orthopedic doctors to provide pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, as well as other therapeutic interventions.
Salary is determined based on skills & prior experience.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and orthopedic surgeons' recommendations.
Grow and maintain patient schedule in our Meriden location Communicate effectively with orthopedic doctors, other healthcare professionals, and clinic staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinic management software.
