Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of residential properties Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, rent collection, and eviction processes Conduct market research to stay informed about rental rates and trends in the local area Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and occupancy rates Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates Skills:
Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software for tracking maintenance requests and work orders Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices Experience in property management, including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants Knowledge of property maintenance best practices, including preventative maintenance schedules Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts Strong customer relationship management skills to build positive relationships with tenants Exceptional customer service skills to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software for managing leases, rent collection, and financial reporting Job Type:
