Meriden Mall Meriden Mall Meriden, CT Meriden, CT Full-time Full-time From $18 an hour From $18 an hour 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Experience - Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is preferred - Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Note:
