We are looking for someone that will be reliable, trustworthy and willing to take on new tasks as the business continues to grow.
Ideally, this person would be looking to take on the position long term and grow with the company.
This position reports to the office manager.
Hours/Days:
Full time 8:
00 - 5:
00 pm (1-hour lunch) OR 8:
00 - 4:
30 (1/2 hour lunch) Monday - Friday

Role
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, payroll, entering jobs, opening mail, and assisting with other office tasks to help the office manager and estimators - payables, receivables, etc.
The office is often a fast paced environment requiring you to drop tasks and start new ones and return to previous tasks as needed.
Being a team player is vital as we are a small office and everyone participates in the success of the company.
The candidate must be reliable and want to work full-time; being late or not showing up on a regular basis effects the entire team.
We are a dog friendly office, so must be okay with dogs.
Requirements:
Multi-tasking Team player Reliable/Punctual Follows direction and has a willingness to learn Ability to pass a drug/background test Additional Skills:
Payroll experience Accounts Payable experience (at least 1 year) Accounts Receivable experience (at least 1 year) Job Type:
