The activities performed by this function include:
-Direct communication with customers by phone and e-mail.
-Entering customer orders into our order entry system, creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of orders and shipment details -Working with our sales staff -Interacting with suppliers -Expediting and addressing customer questions This is a very active position that requires the flexibility to work with people at various levels and in different functions.

In addition, the successful candidate will have:
A professional phone demeanor Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Proficiency in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience in Customer Service is not necessary since we will train the right candidate.
Historically successful candidates have had an associate's or bachelor's degree.
